This page applies to the public website at arendly.com, including its marketing pages, sample report, and blog. The contract-review product is hosted separately at app.arendly.com; it is not covered by this marketing-site draft.
2. Information you provide
If you contact us, we may receive the information you choose to include in your message, such as your name, email address, company, and the contents of your inquiry. The current marketing site does not provide a contract-upload form or collect contracts. Please do not send confidential contracts or other sensitive information to support@arendly.com.

For analytics we use two localStorage keys:arendly_analytics_device_id (a random identifier shared with the product through outbound links) and arendly_analytics_consent (your choice for six months). Campaign parameters are held in sessionStorage for the browser session. Visitors whose timezone or browser language suggests the EU or UK see an Accept/Decline choice; we do not start analytics or create a device ID before acceptance. Declining is remembered for six months. Other visitors do not see this banner. Essential storage from hosting or security providers may still apply.
6. Sharing and service providers
We may make information available to providers that help host, deliver, secure, or support the website, or help us respond to an inquiry. We do not sell information for money. The analytics subprocessor is Amplitude, Inc. (product analytics, US). The final published version should identify the actual controller, relevant providers and processing locations, and any required transfer safeguards; those facts are not asserted by this draft.
7. Retention and security
Information should be kept only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, legal obligations, dispute resolution, or security. Actual retention periods depend on the production systems and the type of inquiry, and are not promised here. We use reasonable administrative and technical care appropriate to a public website, but this page does not promise a particular encryption method, access-control design, or security certification. Do not email confidential contracts to the support address.
8. Your choices
You can choose not to send optional information and can contact support@arendly.com with a question about a message you sent. Where applicable law gives you rights over personal information, you may ask about access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability. We may need to verify a request and may have lawful reasons to retain or decline it.
